Spring is finally here.  We knew it would come eventually!  So what to do?   At the top of the list is a visit to your local Farmer’s Market!   We are fortunate in Rochester to have a bushel full  to choose from.   Not only is it great fun and great exercise, it is an excellent opportunity to support local business and discover the spice of life!
